Avoid Refueling When You Have Gas Already

This one is somewhat debatable. With the daily rise of gas prices when you reach a half tank if you don’t drive a lot, you should probably fill up to get cheaper gas. However you get cheated when you buy just a little gas. You see the gasoline pump takes a little while to come to full speed. At first it shoots out spurts of gas instead of a steady stream. This results in the pump charging you for more gas than you get!
