Climbing Hills With a Manual
Many people seem to be a little confused about this. The goal for climbing a hill with a manual transmission car is to be in the highest possible gear. If you are normally in 2nd gear climbing a hill then try it in third, if you are able to climb it without stalling out you will be getting better gas mileage. This can be very helpful if you have a long hill in your daily routine, you should notice a big gas savings.
