As I write this gas is over $4.00 per gallon, so this will most likely cost you even more. At the rate of $4.00 / gallon every 5 mph you drive over 60 mph you are wasting roughly $0.20 / gallon. So drive the speed limit, doing 85 mph is simply going to burn through your gas faster. And you thought speed limits were just for saftey huh?
